- Confirmation is sent via email
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Within 24 hours, refunds are not guaranteed.
4. Safety & Accessibility
We plan accessible routes when possible. Weather and city events may require adjustments.

Participants are responsible for personal belongings and must follow guide instructions.
